At an early age of 9, I knew how to cut up a whole chicken into 8 parts. By twelve I was fascinated by food presentations in magazines. So I started my very first cookbook from pictures and recipes from books and magazines at the time. I knew then I wanted to be a professional Chef but that idea quickly faded but I never gave up my quest to created and recreate fantastic food presentations and cook beautiful foods.

The time has come for me to live out my childhood dream. So I present to you my Second cookbook. “iCook” - The Continuation

An ode to my past and to finish what I started.

It has 90 pages with over 70 recipes and Professional Photos of Gourmet Foods and of course me. It is also a cookbook to motivate us Men to get in the kitchen.
