At an early age of 9, I knew how to cut up a whole chicken into 8 parts. By twelve I was fascinated by food presentations in magazines. So I started my very first cookbook from pictures and recipes from books and magazines at the time. I knew then I wanted to be a professional Chef but that idea quickly faded but I never gave up my quest to created and recreate fantastic food presentations and cook beautiful foods.
